“From our first meeting, it was obvious that Laura was a keen and very caring dog lover who took her responsibilities seriously. We found the dog sitting contract very clear and we were able to provide lots of important information about our French Bulldog, Huey. It was great that Laura visited us and Huey beforehand and it was nice to have this time to go over the contract and chat to her about Huey and his little routines and ways! It showed us how thorough and professional Laura is and we knew we would be leaving our Huey in very good hands.

During the time that Laura was with Huey, we received updates of Huey’s day with Fi & Friends, some with photographs (which were just lovely) and it was clear that Huey was having a great time and was really enjoying himself. It was very reassuring to know that our Huey was happy and it gave us piece of mind knowing he was being so very well looked after. We felt Laura went above and beyond and when we returned home in the evening, we really enjoyed reading the note that Laura had left us about Huey’s day. He clearly enjoyed the walk and contact with Laura. We would highly recommend Fi & Friends, as Laura’s love for dogs shines through in all she does.”

“Fi & Friends provided an excellent service.  Laura was always punctual and reliable and made us feel very reassured about the care of our animals.  We have quite a large mix of pets including a sick cat and an aggressive at times dog and everyone was just fine after our week away.  Our Akita seemed to hang around the front door for the first couple of days we were home hoping Laura might come back! Lovely thought was her sending updates and pictures while we were away.  I will definitely be using Fi & Friends next time we’re away and would wholeheartedly recommend the service.”
